How long does delivery take?+
Same-day for orders placed before 2pm within Accra. Nationwide delivery takes 2–4 business days.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money, Visa, Mastercard, Paystack, and Flutterwave.
Can I return an item?+
Yes. Unworn items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Do you ship outside Ghana?+
Not at the moment. We serve every region within Ghana.
How do overseas items work?+
Overseas items are shipped in from abroad and take about a month to arrive. They are paid for in full before delivery, and we deliver as soon as they land in Accra.
